Getting to know your child.
We develop an understanding of their learning style, strengths, weaknesses, and interests. This helps us to tailor our approach to their needs and make the sessions more enjoyable and productive for them.
Setting achievable goals.
We develop together clear, achievable goals for your child based on their assessment results. Goals should are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART). We then develop a structured curriculum that aligns with the primary school curriculum and addresses their specific needs. This may involve breaking down concepts into smaller, more manageable units and incorporating interactive activities and resources.
Qualified tutors.
We ensure that every tutor is qualified and experienced in working with primary school students. They should have a strong understanding of the curriculum, effective teaching strategies, and the ability to engage and motivate young learners to achieve their best, feel more confident and succeed.
Feedback and support.
We work together and fully encourage parental involvement and communication to support your child’s learning outside of the tutoring sessions. We can provide resources and strategies for parents to reinforce concepts and skills at home. After each lesson, we provide constructive feedback to children and their parents to help them understand their strengths and areas for improvement, offering encouragement and support to keep them motivated and engaged in their learning.
Flexibility and adaptability.
We remain flexible and adaptable in response to the evolving needs of your child and adjust instruction, pacing, and approaches as necessary to ensure that each child is making progress toward their goals. Our lessons are tailored to meet the individual needs of each child. This may involve adapting teaching methods, providing additional support or challenges as needed, and accommodating diverse learning styles.
