Mock test workshops

Introducing our mock test workshops for Year 4 and Year 5 students—designed to give your child a significant advantage in their upcoming assessments. These workshops are meticulously crafted to align with the curriculum we have covered in class. The first segment will equip your child with essential strategies to tackle the test effectively, while the second segment involves a practical test experience that mirrors what they practiced earlier.

These workshops are crucial in preparing your child not just for the 11+, but for future academic challenges and lifelong learning. They help build confidence, endurance, and vital exam skills that will serve them well beyond the classroom. Give your child the best preparation possible.

Mock tests

In Year 5, our mock tests comprehensively cover all four key aspects of the assessment and are designed to take about 3 hours, including a brief break. This extended format is specifically crafted to help students build the stamina needed to stay focused throughout the actual test.

For Year 4 students, our mock tests address the same four key areas but are condensed into a 1.5-hour session, including a short break. These tests are half the length of the Year 5 sessions and are tailored to introduce younger students to the test-taking experience, helping them to build confidence and develop essential endurance.

By participating in these mock tests, your child will gain valuable experience and preparation, setting them up for success in both the 11+ tests and future challenges.

What happens once the test is completed?

Detailed feedback is given within 72 hours of the test being completed. We can then offer an additional focused one to one session to go through the test paper, address misconceptions and identify the areas of focus.

What do I need to bring?

Just like the real tests the children need to come prepared.
